Mrs Avarsekar is the wife of noted Industrialist in the Infrastructure sector Mr. Abhijit Avarsekar. Mrs Avarsekar has taken active interest in the family business however she is more keen in developing the image of the corporate giant as an socially active entity in Mumbai and Maharashtra. She graduated from Mumbai University with a doctor’s degree as a Bachelor of Dental Science with honors in 1995 and is a Gold Medalist in her Batch.  

He's been at the pinnacle and has always strived to create a team of experts and  a business that would have roots in knowledge and highest degree of professionalism. He completed his civil engineering from Father Agnel Engineering College at Navi Mumbai and joined the family owned business in 1995.A second generation entrepreneur, ambitious by nature gradually developed significant competencies in the transportation engineering, irrigation and water segments of infrastructure. After his elevation as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Unity, he personally spearheaded this effort and worked tirelessly for the success of the IPO, surmounting extremely volatile market conditions. Since going public in 2006 the company has been able to grow almost four fold today and has grown by more than 20 times since Abhijit joined the business. Abhijit is confident that Unity will play a far more significant role in nation building in the coming years.

 

The first lady of the organisation - Pushpa Avarsekar - is the rock steady cornerstone of the organisation, who has plated a key role in shaping the company's meteoric rise to success right from its inception. Today as an advisor and mentor to the management team, she plays an integral role in the growth and performance of the Unity Infraprojects. She oversees the corporate communications and branding of the business. Her proactive initiatives and capability to help with even smallest details have proved invaluable to the smooth functioning of the company. She holds degree in science and has over 31 years of experience.

 

A post graduate in Physics ( Electronics ) from University of Mumbai and is a member of The Indian Institute of Bankers has over 35 years of experience and had worked with Bank of Maharashtra. He had been executive director with Indian Bank and retired as the chairman and managing director of Dena Bank.

A science graduate and a gold medalist from University of Mumbai, holds a degre of Engineering from University department of Chemical Technology, Mumbai.

A science graduate from Marathwada University, was entitled as an IAS officer in 1971. He worked with many esteemed organisations on key positions and retired as a Municipal Commissioner of MCGM.

He is Professor of Marketing and Operations in FCRIMS, Vashi, Navi Mumbai..

Maj. Reddy has been associated with the company since year 2000. He takes care of administrative part of the organisation. He served glorious 20 years with Military Engineering Services of India. He is a science graduate has more than 30 years of Experience.

A Civil Engineer from Father Agnel Engineering College, Vashi has more than 10 years of Experience. He joined Unity Infraprojects Limited in the year 2005 and currently designated as CEO of Astra Concrete Products Pvt. Ltd.
