Experience: 

Bill preparation including Escalation Bills as per Bill of Quantity (BOQ), General Contract Conditions and / or Special Items. Responsible for preparing, submitting bills and checking, approving of Interim Payment Certificate (Monthly R.A.Bills) by the Consultant and Client.

Education: 

BE (Civil) with 5 years of experience or Diploma (Civil) with 7 years of experience in the billing work of Highway or Road Projects.

Manager – Procurement (MEP)

Experience: 

Procurement experience of MEP Items, Finalization of subcontracts services like Fire   Fighting, Lift, HVAC, IBMS, Electrical, STP, ETP, Plumbing, Solar, HT&LT Panels, Transformers. Knowledge of Technical Specification Conditions of Contracts, commercial terms, Taxes. Negotiation skills and Computer proficiency.

Education: 

BE-Mechanical / Electrical with 10 years experience or Diploma Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with 12+ years experience.

Designation:

Project Manager (Buildings)

Experience: 

Experience in handling 100 + crore cost commercial and other building projects. Should have completed at least 3 projects as Project Manager or Project Incharge. Capable of completing project with predetermined limits with respect to time, cost and profitability. Should be able to build excellent repo with clients, Subcontract, Labour agencies and local government authorities for smooth functioning and progress of the project. Must be able to groom other junior and senior engineers in the team to take up higher responsibilities.

Education: 

BE (Civil) with 15 to 20 years experience.

Assistant Manager – Billing (Client Billing)

Experience: 

Experience in government projects preparing client bills where government is the direct client. Interactions with government agencies for follow up of payment of bills raised. Knowledge of preparing extra items bills and recovering the amount from government client.

BE (Civil) with 8 t0 11 years experience or Diploma Civil Engineering with 10 t0 13 years experience

Senior Engineer – Civil (Execution)

Experience: 

Verify measurements of work submitted by the site engineers for works executed at site by the Sub-Contractors. Generating periodic Running Account Bills on the Client and dues out to the Sub-Contractors. Liaisoning with client for monitoring progress of bills submitted. Reconcile secured material advances and recoveries before releasing any bills for payment.

Education: 

BE (Civil) with 5 or Diploma Civil with 7 years experience.
